FAQ
When do you ship and how do I track my order?
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing (such as for pre-orders), all orders are shipped within 2 business days after completion of the order by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order is processed for shipment.
What are your delivery options?
You may select your shipping preference at the time you place your order. We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Pick-up is available in Houston, TX at our corporate office. Courier delivery is also available in central Houston, TX.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please see the return policy herein and email RoKi Design at info@rokidesign.com with the following:
1. Order Number
2. Reason for Return
If your item is eligible for a return, we will email you instructions on where to send the item.
Do you provide International delivery?
Please contact us at info@rokidesign.com for international orders.
What is your returns policy?
Items are eligible for a refund of the original amount paid (less shipping costs) if returned to Company within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the order and must be in original/new condition with all tags and packaging as received. From fifteen (15) days to thirty (30) days after purchase, items returned are eligible for store credit which may be used for another product available by Company. No items may be returned for a refund or store credit more than thirty (30) days after purchase.

RoKi® Design Re-Purposed Products
RoKi® Design Re-Purposed products are made with vintage pre-owned/loved authentic materials and products purchased and sourced by RoKi® Design. We are very stringent about our requirements for the materials we use. All hand-made products will also contain a RoKi® tag to identify it as a product that was made from re-purposed and up-cycled materials by Roki®, RoKi® Design does not claim or own any right, title or interest in any of the original designer brands, trademarks or service marks used for the re-purposed products. Depending on the product, we also incorporate other materials, such as organic hemp, cotton or silk blend fabrics to add additional support, form or sustainability for the product.
