About the Design
 
Our vision for the D Scarf was to convey the favorite things of RoKi Co-founder Roslyn Bazzelle Mitchell’s 8 year-old son Derrick “D”. D, an enthusiastic Bear Cub Scout and elementary school student, worked directly with a local graffiti artist, who drew the design by hand. Imagery includes D’s dogs, along with beloved foods, school subjects, and hobbies. The vibrant colors in the scarf, combined with urban-inspired mark-making, creates a versatile piece that can be worn in several different ways, displayed, or collected.
