Size is flexible, as the side seam that holds the beads to create the arms also have small lobster claw clasps that can be used to draw the sides to the back to create a sleeker, more dress-like look. Can also be worn as original design where the poncho is loose and flowy. GG embossed tabs from a vintage Gucci purse create the shoulder tabs to secure the neck openings and keep the hang of the poncho just right.
